We all know that optimism, hope, and positive thinking are all essential to our well-being. Research even shows that optimistic people live longer! However, we also know that it is sometimes easily said than done. Depending on what we are going through in our lives, it can become very difficult to keep our chins up. This is why I decided to use my Facebook page for sharing any information or news that would hopefully feed your mind and soul with inspirational “goodies.” We say we need to eat good food to stay healthy, so why not for our emotional health?
